The Customer Care Specialist delivers responsive, empathetic support to customers across phone, email, and chat. This role helps ensure a smooth, positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and supporting the company’s e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot issues and escalte complex cases as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Assist customers in navigating the e-commerce website
- Stay up to date on products, systems, and tools
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to solve problems
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Take initiative to meet performance goals and adapt to change
- Associate degree preferre
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or support
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
- Proficiency with basic computer systems; CRM experience a plu
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to lear
- Optometry industry experience a plu
