About the Role

Gravity Gymnastics is a vibrant and energetic gymnastics school for kids aged 1 to 14. The culture is fast‑paced, family‑friendly, and focused on creating lasting memories while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Answer calls, greet visitors, and assist customers with their questions and needs.
  • Help bring in new customers and cross‑sell services to existing clients.
  • Input data, prepare reports, and assist the team with daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Friendly, responsible, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
  • Organized, compassionate, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a major plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a calm, diplomatic approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Empathy and an attentive ear for understanding others.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic math.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office equipment.
Day‑to‑Day Tasks
  • Customer Service: answer calls, greet visitors, and help customers.
  • Sales: attract new customers and cross‑sell services.
  • Administration: input data, prepare reports, and assist with daily tasks.

Schedule

This is a full‑time position with a schedule of 35+ hours per week.

  • Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM to 8:45 PM (all afternoons – one morning per weekday).
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:45 PM (occasionally host events in the afternoon).
  • Sunday:
    Closed, but special events may require availability.
Compensation

Starting at $15.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience and education.

Benefits kick in after 90 days for full‑time employees.

11940 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, FL 33025 – just a 2‑minute drive from the Florida Turnpike and Red Rd., or 5 minutes from I‑75 and Miramar Parkway.
