Our sales department is expanding, and we're seeking driven individuals who are eager to achieve their goals. While automotive experience is a bonus, it's not required. • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
• Respond promptly to all inbound lead requests
• Act as a bridge between customers and our buying team
• Support in generating reports and maintaining logs
• Proactively identify opportunities to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Previous call center experience is advantageous
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
• Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
• Positive Attitude
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and self-sufficiency
