Salary Range: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

- Licensing Requirements: You will be required to get a Florida 4-40 license (Customer Service Representative) within the first 60 days of employment. License paid in full by employer. Must be able to study for exam on your own time.

- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry, is a plus but not a requirement.
- Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their insurance-related inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Policy Updates: Assist customers with making changes to their insurance policies, such as adding or removing coverage, updating personal information, or making payments.
- Claims Support: Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring they understand the required documentation and assisting with any necessary follow-up.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Relationship Building: Develop rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty to the agency.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, update databases, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
