Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Professionally represent PDR as the first point of contact through phone calls, emails, walk‑ins, and social media interactions, ensuring exceptional service.
  • New Loss Intake: Accurately intake new losses, create comprehensive job files, and efficiently assign participants to ensure prompt service delivery.
  • Customer Feedback: Collaborate in overseeing customer feedback surveys, online reviews, and social media platforms, effectively tracking feedback and ensuring timely closure of concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
  • Associate’s degree (2‑year) preferred but not required.
  • Uphold the Paul Davis Core values, vision, and mission statements.
  • Professional, courteous, empathetic, and exceptional communication skills in phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
  • Willingness to participate in the after‑hours rotation for job intake and dispatching.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong ability to work productively, stay organized, and remain professional under pressure.
  • Resourceful, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
  • Openness to receiving training, coaching, and regular feedback.
  • Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Other duties as required.
