As a Customer Support Technician you will provide exceptional customer, technical, and product support to real‑estate professionals, resolving tickets, collaborating with peers, and maintaining deep product knowledge.

• Respond to and resolve tickets received via email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely, professional manner
• Support and learn from teammates to improve department efficiency
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on the Sky Slope platform and resolve customer issues confidently
• Investigate technical problems and communicate status updates to customers
• Identify and report website issues to QA as needed
• Use downtime to complete File Recs from the service queue or perform other assigned tasks
• Maintain consistent support volume while assisting teammates during peak periods

• Experience delivering high‑level customer service in a technology or call‑center environment
• Ability to multitask multiple responsibilities concurrently
• Proficiency on both Microsoft and Mac platforms
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Hourly rate: $24.50 per hour
