Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service at the theatre entrance and lobby;
Operate the Concession POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately;
Perform opening and closing duties and maintain cleanliness of lobby, concessions, and restrooms;
Direct guests to appropriate auditoriums and lines; assist with ticket and seating procedures;
Assist with box office tasks, backstock, and inventory management; uphold MPAA rating policies and safety standards
