Gate is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Jacksonville, FL location to ensure a safe, friendly guest experience and efficient vehicle processing through the car wash. You will handle customer questions, operate the Express Wash kiosk and POS, and help maintain a clean facility.
Ideal candidates are 16+, with strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends/holidays. Training and safety courses are provided, with opportunities for growth within the Gate family.
