Travel Agent

ACS Auto Club Services, Inc., an AAA-affiliated organization, is seeking a Travel Agent to help members plan and book domestic and international travel. In this role, you will consult with members to understand their needs, research and book air, hotel, car rental, cruises, and tour packages, and recommend insurance and financial travel products. You will use GDS/online booking tools, manage reservations and changes, provide itinerary support before and during trips, and resolve issues with vendors.

You'll deliver exceptional member service, meet sales goals, and maintain accurate records while working in a collaborative, member-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with members to assess travel needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and book air, hotel, car rental, cruise, and tour packages using GDS/online tools
• Recommend and explain travel insurance and related financial products
• Prepare detailed itineraries, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Modify and manage existing reservations, changes, and cancellations
• Resolve member travel issues by liaising with airlines, hotels, and other vendors
• Meet or exceed sales, cross-sell, and service performance goals
• Maintain accurate member records and bookings in CRM and reservation systems
• Stay current on destinations, travel regulations, promotions, and AAA products
• Collaborate with team members to support peak demand and special campaigns
