The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office seeks a 911 Public Safety Tele-Communicator trainee to handle emergency calls and dispatch police personnel using a computerized radio and CAD system. You will support FCIC/NCIC queries and maintain accurate incident records while working under supervision and undergoing phased training.
Candidates must read, write, and speak English clearly, pass a pre-employment skills test, and be prepared for round-the-clock shifts, overtime, and strict confidentiality.
