Responsibilities- Process customer orders, quotations, returns, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and orders via phone and email.
- Perform data entry for purchase orders and customer information.
- Coordinate with customers on billing and support inventory restocking.
- Prepare quotes and assist with sales reporting and general administrative tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of Customer Service experience preferred.
- Customer service and phone handling experience.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional attitude.
