Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers through a Contract position based in Jacksonville, Florida which is fully on-site. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for inbound and outbound communications, helping customers with questions, orders, and service-related needs. The ideal candidate brings strong call center experience, communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, and can manage a fast-paced customer support environment with professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming customer calls and provide timely, courteous assistance in English and Spanish.

- Ability to work fully on-site in our Jacksonville, Florida based offices

- Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer inquiries, confirm details, or provide updates.

- Enter and update order information accurately within company systems while maintaining attention to detail.

- Resolve routine service issues by gathering information, explaining next steps, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

- Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records and support effective follow-through.

- Handle a high volume of calls while maintaining quality standards, professionalism, and efficiency.

- Work across customer service processes and system-related tasks as needed to support operational changes and service continuity.

Requirements - Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.

- Hands-on experience handling inbound and outbound calls.

- Ability to perform accurate order entry and maintain detailed customer records.

- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
