Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:- Handle high-volume inbound customer service calls and provide timely resolution to client inquiries related to commercial loan and credit products.
- Analyze customer requests, conduct research, and determine appropriate solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to document interactions, research account information, and resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve issues, provide technical support, and strengthen client relationships.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center, banking, or financial services environment.
- Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations, build rapport, overcome objections, and provide creative solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including intermediate proficiency in grammar and spelling.
- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to quickly navigate multiple systems, adapt to new technology, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and adapting to changing processes and procedures.
- Location must be listed on the candidate's resume to be considered.
- 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Pay: $18.51/hour
- Shift: Monday
- Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST - Training
Schedule:
Monday
- Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST - Assignment Length: 12-Month Assignment
