Dealer Services Specialist II - Manheim Orlando

Schedule Requirement

This is a full-time, on-site position based at Manheim Orlando in Ocoee, FL. Team members typically work a Monday through Friday schedule; however, participation in a rotating Sunday schedule is required. When scheduled to work on Sunday, team members are off on the Friday of that same week, maintaining a 40-hour workweek.

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in sales support role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
