Customer Service Representative

Description

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to support customers through a contract assignment while working fully onsite in our Jacksonville, Florida offices. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly in both English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, and can manage a steady flow of phone-based customer interactions. The position focuses on delivering responsive service, handling inquiries accurately, and supporting order-related requests in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming customer calls in English and Spanish, providing clear, attentive assistance and resolving questions efficiently.

- Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on customer requests, confirm details, or provide updates on service and order status.

- Enter customer orders and related information into company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Address service concerns promptly by identifying customer needs, offering appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.

- Maintain thorough and organized records of conversations, transactions, and follow-up actions completed during each interaction.

- Support day-to-day call center operations by managing a consistent volume of inbound and outbound communication while meeting service expectations.

- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when resolution requires additional support or specialized handling.

Requirements

- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse customer base.

- Ability to work fully onsite in our Jacksonville, Florida offices

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone support setting.

- Practical experience handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as part of daily responsibilities.

- Ability to complete order entry tasks accurately and efficiently while working within established processes.

- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Comfortable using computer systems and updating customer information during live interactions.
