- Credentialed with Denta Quest Dental Insurance
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services
Educational Requirement:
- DDS or DMD degree
Skill Matrix:
- Ability to speak and understand English Required
- Must have an active Florida Dental License, in good standing. Required
- DDS or DMD degree Required
- Must be FULLY ENROLLED as a Florida Medicaid Provider Required
- Credentialed with Denta Quest Dental Insurance Required
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance Required
- Experience performing preventive services Required 1 Years
- Experience with restorations Required 1 Years
- Experience with removable complete and partial dentures Required 1 Years
- Experience performing extractions Required 1 Years
- Experience using Eagle Soft Electronic Oral Heal Record Highly desired
