We are seeking a Licensed Dentist (DDS/DMD) to provide general dental services at a public health dental clinic location. This is a part‑time contract opportunity within a structured clinical environment.

• Clinical Dental Center Setting
• Electronic Health Record Systems:
  Eagle Soft & HMS (Health Management System)
• Level 2 Background Screening and Drug Screening required prior to start

The selected candidate will provide a full scope of general dentistry services, including:

• Restorative procedures
• Removable complete and partial dentures
• Extractions
• Accurate documentation within the electronic oral health record system

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing general dental services
• Fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider at time of submission
• Credentialed with Denta Quest Dental Insurance
• Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance
• Proficiency in English for clinical communication
• Experience using Eagle Soft Electronic Oral Health Record
