Job Title: Dentist
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Description: FL-DOH-Duval County-Dentist - 2-3 days per week
Work Environment: Dental Center
Computer Software: Eagle Soft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System)
Dress Code: Medical Scrubs
Responsibilities- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
- 1 year experience to provide a full range of general dental services
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Florida Dental License
