Location: DOH-Duval County, Jacksonville, FL
Position Type: Part time:
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm (2 to 3 days/week)
Needed
Skills:
Eagle Soft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System);
Must be fully enrolled as a Florida Medicaid Provider
Dress Code: Medical scrubs
Important Requirements- Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider
- Credentialed with Denta Quest Dental Insurance
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures, and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
- At least 1 year of experience providing a full range of general dental services.
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Florida Dental License
