A growing dental practice is seeking a Lead Dentist to step into a clinical leadership position. This role is ideal for an experienced dentist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while mentoring team members and helping guide overall clinical success.

• Lead and support a patient-focused clinical team
• Provide comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Deliver high-quality dental care with efficiency and professionalism
• Mentor and coach associate dentists and support staff
• Collaborate with operations leadership to support practice performance
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through ongoing education

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applicable state)
