- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance

Eagle Soft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System) - Dress Code:
Medical Scrubs
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
- 1 year experience providing a full range of general dental services
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Florida Dental License
