Dentist Position
We have an opening with the Florida Department of Health – Duval County for a Dentist role (2–3 days per week). Please review the details below and let me know if you are interested.

DOH Duval County – Dental Center - Work Schedule:
2–3 days per week - Pay Rate: $101.81/hr (1099)
- Dress Code:
Medical Scrubs - Software Used:
Eagle Soft, Electronic Oral Health Record, HMS - Requirements:
Level 2 background check and drug screen
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of general dental services including comprehensive exams, preventive services, restorations, dentures (complete & partial), and extractions.
Required Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD Degree
- Active Florida Dental License (in good standing)
- Current/Active DEA Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- 5+ years' experience providing general dental services
Highly Desired:
- Experience with Eagle Soft Electronic Oral Health Record
