Computer Software: Eagle Soft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System)
Dress Code:
Medical Scrubs
- Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider
- Credentialed with Denta Quest Dental Insurance
- Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance
- Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.
- 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active Florida Dental License
