Jason S Allen DDS MS PA is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk team member to join our practice in Jacksonville, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our dental office while keeping daily operations running smoothly. • Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming front office experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances
• Answer multi-line phone system, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemails
• Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic and insurance information
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

• Prior dental front desk or dental administrative experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Professional, dependable, and a true team player
