• Create professional and consistent Architectural REVIT models and drawings from hand drawings or sketches
• Review and revise architectural plans/elevations/options and thoroughly coordinate all sheets that are affected by any changes
• Maintain standardized REVIT design standards, minimizing variations as much as possible
• Create address specific construction documents from stock plan library for permitting and starts for various markets
• Provide documentation to instruct others how structures are to be modified
• Attend prototype/frame walks for new product lines and field verify dimensions as needed
• Operate computer-assisted design and drafting workstation

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Environmental Design, Computer Aided Drafting, Drafting & Design Engineering Technology or related field from an accredited university, or equivalent combination of education or experience 2 or more years of 3D modeling in a professional environment
• Proficiency in REVIT Strong AutoCAD, BIM

• Design Review and Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools involved in the construction of houses
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• 3D modeling experience with a production home builder
• General knowledge of residential plans and construction drawings
• Understanding of building systems, interference coordination with other building elements, function and 3D visualization
• Experience with Vision
