Kitchen and Bath Designer

Kitchen Design Gallery is one of the leading kitchen & bath design firms in the Jacksonville area for over 30 years. We are seeking a skilled and creative Kitchen/Bath Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing beautiful and functional kitchens, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Kitchen/Bath Designer, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your design skills to create a kitchen that meets their expectations.

• Meeting with clients and taking a project from initial design phase through completion
• Designing floor plans and elevations using 2020 Design software
• Field measuring at client's home
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for their kitchen design
• Create detailed kitchen layouts and designs using specialized software
• Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback
• Provide product demonstrations and recommendations for kitchen fixtures, appliances, and materials
• Work closely with the management team to ensure accurate pricing and ordering of materials

• Proficiency in 2020 Design Software, CAD software, Sketchup, and other relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design principles, including layout, functionality, and aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail sales and cash handling
• Knowledge of retail math and POS systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
