Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and experienced architect to join a collaborative design team. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design efforts, manage projects from concept through completion, and work closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and a commitment to excellence in design and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural and interior projects using industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare construction drawings, technical documentation, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent, project specifications, and applicable building codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, revisions, and CAD/BIM files.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, provide design solutions, and manage expectations.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Support contract administration, design reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and building regulations to enhance project outcomes.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by supporting client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Active architect license required.
• Proven experience in architectural design, documentation, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and industry standards.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and construction administration.
• Business development and client engagement experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
