Responsibilities
- Develop and refine landscape design concepts for high-end residential projects
- Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations and polished construction document sets for client, city and HOA submittals
- Collaborate closely with team members throughout the design process
- Drive project success by contributing innovative and creative solutions
- Shape design development through active involvement in material selection and spatial planning
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail across projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related design discipline
- Working knowledge of Sketch Up & Layout
- Strong design foundation with a focus on spatial harmony, structure, materiality and visual balance
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both visually and verbally
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented
- Passionate about residential outdoor design and the built environment
