Purpose of Job

This position creates and directs graphic-related work for the company.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

  • Createnew designs for internal and external printed marketing materials.
  • Create presentation materials to support training, management meeting, and executive presentations.
  • Develop and implement design strategies to enhance company'sbrand image.
  • May recommend,implementandmaintainhardware and software requirements for the department.
  • May write feature articles, newspaper advertising,biosand press releases.
  • Recommend,sourceand manage outside creative resources.
  • May provide color copy support for sales associates and representatives of new home development.
  • May deliver designed materials to printers/vendors.
  • Perform anyadditionalresponsibilities as requested or assigned.

  • Perform responsibilities as directed.
  • Establish and maintain positive work relationships.
  • Demonstrate competencies necessary to complete responsibilities.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate's degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

  • 3-5years experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media including

    Internet.

Knowledge and

Skills:

  • Proficient in PC and Mac design programs.
  • Strong creative and conceptual skills.
  • Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
