Primary Care Physician Outpatient Practice | Jacksonville; Regency

We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at Sanitas Medical Center in Jacksonville – Regency. This is an outpatient-only primary care role focused on quality, continuity, and compassionate, patient-centered care — no nights, no weekends, and no on-call.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Specialty
Primary Care – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Predictable weekday schedule with no hospital responsibilities

• Value-based care model focused on outcomes and long-term patient relationships

• Collaborative, team-based environment with strong clinical and administrative support

• Established patient panels and integrated referral network

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Emphasize preventive care, screenings, and patient education

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

• Document care efficiently using EHR

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure

• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Experience in value-based or managed care settings preferred
