As an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician, you will provide full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological services, participate in gynecological surgeries, and collaborate within a comprehensive care team committed to patient-centered, holistic care.

Required Skills:

• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative OB/CNM practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active DEA license
• Licensed to practice in Florida; candidates in the IMLC compact will also be considered

Nice to Have

Skills:

• At least one year of clinical experience
• Experience with gynecological surgeries
• Familiarity with integrated tech platforms that enhance patient engagement
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Prior experience in a hospital-based setting preferred but not mandatory

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to participate in 24-hour in-house call shifts, including extended sequences of 24-hour shifts
• Ability to travel; we cover airfare, lodging, and car rental expenses
• Must be comfortable working in a modern hospital environment with Level I NICU, multiple LDRP and postpartum rooms, and dedicated surgical suites

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $2,964.00
