Heart and Lungs procurement Surgeon

Heart and Lung Transplant National Recovery Program and Donorlink are seeking an Organ Procurement Surgeon in CA, TX , OH , NY to join our expanding procurement program Nationwide . The surgeon will be offered an excellent compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and a collegial work environment.

• Evaluation of transplant organs and organ procurement, including DCD heart and lung procurement.
• Participation in ex-vivo heart perfusion and normothermic regional perfusion.
• Participation in ECMO cannulation and management.
• Opportunity to participate in research.

• Previous surgical experience with heart and lung procurement. Graduate of a US ACGME-accredited Thoracic Surgery are preferred.
• International applicants (if from a non-accredited program) must have a minimum of 2-3 years of fellowship and be fluent in English. Eligible Interest in education and research are highly valued.
• Green card holders are preferred . However , we can sponsor a Visa.

Candidates must possess strong surgical skills, exceptional collaboration, and communication skills.

Salary range: very well compensated job , surgeons with experience could make up to 1 million dollars a year.
