The Family Medicine department in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking a board eligible/board certified Family Medicine physician to join their growing practice.

• Outpatient only practice – see approximately 16-17 patients per day in our Primary Care Clinic in Jacksonville Beach location
• 4‑day work week (some evening & Saturday work required); potential for 5‑day work week if interested
• Call by phone only, ratio of approximately 1:20
• Night call approximately 1:20 with a similar rotation for Saturday Clinic coverage
• No OB
• Limited and optional teaching
• Advancement in academic rank is an expectation

Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine and have or be able to obtain a Florida Medical License. Experienced preferred.
