What You'll Do

* Teach core skills in HVACR, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and basic construction.

What You Bring

* 5+ years of hands-on trade experience.

* Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching, mentoring, or coaching.

* Commitment to OSHA safety standards.

Preferred Certifications/Licenses

* Certifications like EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30, or Journeyman licensing.

* Hybrid teaching experience and curriculum development skills.
