This is a full-time, on-site role for a Preschool Director located in Jacksonville, FL. The Preschool Director will oversee daily operations, develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, manage staff, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements. Responsibilities include managing budgets, setting educational goals, training and supporting the teaching team, and fostering a nurturing environment for students and staff. The director will also ensure that resources and programs align with the mission to provide a comprehensive educational experience rooted in Christian values.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Early Childhood Education
- Experience in Education, Kindergarten, and preschool teaching practices
- Skills in Budgeting and administrative management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching strategies and compliance with educational and licensing standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Commitment to upholding and exemplifying Christian values in educational and operational practices
