As a Part-Time As Needed Substitute at Bold City Education, you can expect a dynamic and varied daily experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged and on track with their curriculum. You will manage classroom behavior, facilitate discussions, and attend to students' needs, creating a supportive learning environment.

The expected schedule is flexible and operates as needed, typically Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You may be called upon at short notice, so adaptability and a proactive approach are essential. You will gain insights into different teaching styles and classroom management techniques as you step into various subjects and grade levels, making every day a new opportunity to learn and contribute.
