BCBA in Saint Johns, FL

Step into a pivotal role supporting the educational community as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll collaborate extensively with self-contained PreK programs, providing expert support, guidance, and strategies to teachers across multiple school sites. This onsite-only, itinerant assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while working in partnership with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current, active BCBA licensure
• Relevant experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Ability to support multiple schools (anticipated 5-7 locations; assignments finalized prior to starting)
• Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), data collection, and modeling behavioral strategies to staff
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Candidates must complete fingerprints for background clearance; if prior prints are on file through the AHCA Clearinghouse, verification documentation will be required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consult with educators and staff within PreK self-contained programs
• Provide behavior analytic expertise including observation, data collection, and recommendations for individualized student support
• Develop, review, and assist with implementation of FBAs and positive support plans
• Model best practices and evidence-based strategies for classroom teachers
• Assist in the ongoing evaluation and adaptation of behavioral supports
• Travel between assigned schools to ensure continuity and quality of services
