DescriptionWe are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the revenue engine that creates a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for Sales. This role builds demand generation programs with autonomy, designing, testing and optimizing campaigns for measurable growth.
This is a builder’s role, not maintenance. You will own systems and processes driving the company’s growth engine and deliver results with rigor and precision. You will design and refine digital marketing programs, rely on data over guesswork, and have strategic thinking to drive performance.
Who you are: a builder energized by systems, data, and measurable outcomes. You have strong opinions on outbound email best practices, back them up with results, and are fluent in enrichment tools. Autonomous, precise, you own metrics and communicate findings clearly. Motivated by owning the engine that drives the business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build and scale outbound email programs generating qualified pipeline from cold and warm prospect lists.
- Build multi‑channel campaigns across paid ads, social and webinars, structuring everything around the buyer journey.
- Own data enrichment & list building, using tools such as Clay, Apollo, Seamless AI, Zoom Info, ensuring data quality and segmentation.
- Own marketing automation platform (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot) and design nurture tracks that move prospects through the funnel.
- Define and refine lead scoring models to ensure a clean, consistent MQL to SQL handoff for Sales.
- Build dashboards tracking MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, email deliverability, reply rates and funnel conversion, providing data‑driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Client Onboarding to ensure lead quality and with Marketing and Product on content, launches and promotions.
- Test and validate new channels (Linked In, ABM, niche communities) and run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, landing pages and sequences.
- Scale what works and cut what does not quickly, driving growth and experimentation.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and management.
- Strong aptitude with technology and process adoption.
- Proven track record of building lead‑gen programs that deliver pipeline.
- Expertise with CRM & automation platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Strong analytical background—comfortable with CAC, CPL, funnel metrics, campaign ROI.
- Experience with paid advertising (Linked In Ads, Google Ads, social).
- Independent, methodical, and precise—thrives on ownership and measurable results.
- Experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
