Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least 18 credit hours
  * in Psychology or a closely related field:
  * 18 graduate hours in psychology taught through a behavioral science or psychology science department.*
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise and effective teaching skills.
• Commitment to the mission, values, and doctrinal statement of the college.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior college-level teaching experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging, biblically integrated psychology courses.
• Develop course materials that align with the college's doctrinal statement and academic standards.
• Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with students and faculty to support student success.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development as needed.
