Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida is seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator for the Clanzel Brown Teen Center. This position requires a passion for workforce development, focused on developing opportunities for youth in the Jacksonville area.
The ideal candidate will coordinate dynamic recruitment strategies, facilitate job readiness training, and maintain strong relationships with community employers to enhance job opportunities for members.
Prior experience working with youth populations is essential. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
