Kid Strong wants you to join our team as a Kid Strong Coach! Your role is to deliver our dynamic curriculum and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

• Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Understand Kid Strong’s programs and communicate them with flair
• Achieve Coach Certification and continually improve your skills through our training programs
• Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
• Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time
• Keep families engaged and excited about Kid Strong
• Coach classes, camps, movie nights, and other activities as requested by center leaders

• Assist in community events and center initiatives
• Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center

• Passion for kids (non‑negotiable)
• Coaching background with kids aged walking to 11 years old
• Comfortable communicating with parents and guardians
• High energy and engaging presence
• Ability to mentor other coaches
• CPR certified, or willing to obtain certification
