Starting at $49,500 (based on experience)

Global Leadership Academy is seeking a creative and innovative Elementary STEM Teacher to provide engaging, hands‑on instruction in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, promote problem‑solving, and help students develop critical thinking skills through project‑based and inquiry‑driven learning experiences.

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards‑aligned STEM instruction for K-5 students
• Design and implement hands‑on, project‑based learning experiences
• Integrate science, technology, engineering, and math concepts into cohesive lessons
• Foster creativity, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
• Utilize NGSS‑aligned practices and STEM best practices in instruction
• Assess student progress and use data to guide instruction
• Differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain a structured and positive classroom/lab environment
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and instructional staff
• Support school‑wide STEM initiatives, events, and programs
• Participate in professional development and school meetings

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Valid Florida Teaching Certificate (Elementary Education K-6 or related field)
• Knowledge of STEM instruction and classroom management strategies
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• 3+ years of teaching experience
• Background in STEM, engineering, robotics, or technology integration
• ESOL Endorsement

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shift
• In-person position
