Job Summary
Position available for a Faculty member at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ), Kent Campus, Department of Business, starting Fall 2026.

Salary- $51,250 – Master's Degree
- $55,800 – Doctorate Degree
- New faculty may receive up to a 20% increase above the minimum base salary.
- 180‑day contract. Please refer to page 42 of the FSCJ Collective Bargaining Agreement for details.
- Provides instruction in the teaching of a specific subject or field of knowledge and guides student study and learning in that subject field.
- Minimum:
Master’s degree in a business‑related discipline with at least 18 graduate hours in Accounting, Banking, Economics, or Finance, and 3 years of experience in the banking or finance fields. - Preferred:
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Finance or Banking, with more than 3 years of experience in banking or finance.
