Experienced Toddler/Two Year Old Teacher
The Learning Experience (TLE) makes early education joyful, engaging, and meaningful for both children and teachers. We seek a passionate, dedicated Experienced Toddler/Two Year Old Teacher to join our team. Preferably with potty training experience.
What You'll Do:
- Foster a loving and safe classroom where toddlers (ages 1–2 years) can explore, learn, and grow.
- Implement The Learning Experience® L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support physical, social, and cognitive milestones.
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote early language, motor skills, and curiosity.
- Maintain strong communication with families through daily reports and progress updates.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a fun, organized, and positive classroom experience.
What You'll Bring:
- A passion for early childhood education and helping toddlers discover the world around them.
- Experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool environment preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Must meet Virginia state licensing requirements for Toddler Teachers, including required training and background checks.
