We are hiring both lead teachers and assistant teachers who are enthusiastic about working with children in a collaborative team setting.
Lead teacher responsibilities include curriculum implementation, classroom management, assessment, and environment maintenance. Assistant teacher responsibilities include support and care, direct engagement, and maintenance.
Essential requirements and qualifications must include a genuine love for children and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment, ability to meet the basic requirements of all local and state child care regulatory agencies, and ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs. Preferred qualifications include previous teaching or assistant teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program, knowledge and interest in the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children in the three-year-old age group, and a 2-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Compensation: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour
