Responsibilities:

• Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
• Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Follow school district policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Have 60 or more college hours with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
• Have strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Have the ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
• Be passionate about education and making a positive impact on students' lives.
