• Substitute teacher must deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education.
• Substitute teacher must adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Substitute teacher must manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
• Substitute teacher must communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
• Substitute teacher must follow school district policies and procedures.

• Substitute teacher must have 60 or more college hours with a 2.0 GPA or higher.
• Substitute teacher must be at least 21 years old.
• Substitute teacher must have previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
• Substitute teacher must have strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Substitute teacher must have the ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
