University of North Florida’s Student Academic Success Services (SASS) Coordinator provides academic support to students, manages student issues, hires and supervises student employees, and collaborates with faculty, Chairs, and Deans to improve graduation and retention rates.
The role develops and assesses SI, tutoring, and PASS programs; conducts trainings for student leaders; and recruits up to 120 staff. A master’s or bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience is required.
