Logistic Services Int. seeks an Instructional Designer I to create engaging training for aviation and defense logistics operations. You will analyze training needs, design storyboards and eLearning, and develop instructor led, blended, and simulation based courses. Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex engineering and logistics concepts into clear, performance focused content. Ensure alignment with learning standards, support continuous improvement through evaluation data, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities
- Analyze training needs and performance gaps for aviation and defense logistics programs.
- Design curricula, course outlines, and detailed storyboards for ILT, VILT, and e
- Learning.
- Develop SCORM compliant e
- Learning, simulations, and multimedia training assets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical content into clear learning materials.
- Create assessments, evaluations, and feedback tools to measure learning effectiveness.
- Revise and update training based on evaluation data, user feedback, and program changes.
- Ensure consistency with LSI standards, client requirements, and adult learning best practices.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and version control for learning products.
- Support implementation and tracking of courses within the LMS environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative, mission focused culture emphasizing safety and innovation.
