Job SummaryThe Department of Biology at Jacksonville State University (JSU) invites applications for adjunct faculty positions. Our undergraduate program offers concentrations in General Biology, Cell and Molecular Biology, Ecology and Environmental Biology, Marine Biology, Organismal Biology, and Pre-Health Professions. Instructors are needed to teach in-person introductory courses for biology majors and the general education curriculum.
Department InformationThe department currently maintains a variety of specialized facilities, as well as traditional and modern instrumentation, in support of student/faculty research.
Required Qualifications- Master’s degree in any area of biology
- Candidates who hold current relevant professional credentials.
- College or University teaching experience.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
